Lady Gaga Brought To Tears As Guest Judge On ‘So You Think You Can Dance’

It was back to the seafoam green wig for Lady Gaga last night while she served as guest judge on So You Think You Can Dance. The “You And I” singer turned on the waterworks after taking in Marko Germar and Allison Holker’s intimate moves set to Jeff Buckley’s cover of the Smiths’ “I Know It’s Over.” Watch the touching moment below. “I’m just so proud of you,” Gaga told Marko through tears, following his performance. “You know, you really love to dance… There were so, so many things that I did wrong when I was younger and so many things I wish I could take back. I felt every moment of that through your dance tonight.”

Later Gaga wound up taking off one of her giant red boots and throwing it on the stage at Melanie Moore and Sasha Mallory. But lest you think the MTV VMA nominee was whipping herself into a violent diva outburst, she said, “In the dance community, when you do a really good job, you throw your shoe at the stage.”

Guess it’s lucky for the contestants that Mother Monster didn’t opt for the mermaid tail costume, then.

Tonight Lady Gaga returns to the SYTYCD stage for a music performance.
