After a three year break from the music scene, Canadian singer-songwriter Feist marks her return by giving fans the first taste of her forthcoming Metals LP. The sparse, low-key (and somewhat bluesy) track finds the “1234” songstress in a plaintive mood as she takes her lover to task, singing “You carry on as if the time is through, you carry on as if I don’t love you” against a low-key, guitar-driven sound palette.
Metals is set for release on October 4.
