Pia Toscano stopped by Live! With Regis And Kelly this morning to sing her single “This Time”, and though the American Idol alum sounded great as usual, she looked fairly awkward just standing there with no backup band playing behind her. Couldn’t they get Casey Abrams to swing by with his bass just so Pia has someone to play off of? (Speaking of the quirky, bearded Idol… why can’t Ester Dean write him a debut single?)
