Ke$ha Will Now Help Animals Instead Of Just Wear Them

Ke$ha has been honored as the Humane Society’s first-ever global ambassador to help promote respect and compassion of animals all around the world, and we can see why they picked  the pop star for the job — after all, she did name her debut album after the furry creatures. “One of the main underlying sentiments of my music is to respect all living creatures just as they are,” she said in a statement. “I believe that together, we can change laws that allow innocent animals to be unjustly mistreated and abused all over the world.” This is the same roadkill-wearing woman who also once said, “I think it’s an honor to the animal if it’s already dead and sitting on the side of a highway. I might as well wear it on MTV.” [Via PopCrush]
