Miley Cyrus seems to have had a grand time at the grand opening of Topshop/Topman in Chicago today. “In love with the windy city :),” the prestigious pop star tweeted. The Gypsy Heart songbird continued her trend of dressing more conservatively as the 18-year-old sported a black pencil skirt, black pumps and a sheer magenta top. Has the smoking singer simply been doing a majority of her shopping in mom Trish’s closet or is the former Disney starlet finally taming her overall look?
