Katy Perry Lends Her Care Bear Stare To The October Cover Of ‘InStyle’

When it comes to style, Katy Perry certainly knows how to stand out, from the candy-like clothing confections of her California Dreams tour to whatever the hell that yellow block was doing on her head at the MTV Video Music Awards this year. The single-happy songbird latest fashion feat is covering the October 2011 issue of InStyle, sporting those cotton candy-hued locks that look good enough to eat. “I’m not going to sit and be steamrolled. I am full of unicorns and Care Bears 99 percent of the time, but don’t open Pandora’s Box of that other 1 percent — because it’s there!” Katy says about having her way. And after hearing about Katy’s beef with eye contact and such on her tour, we believe it — is it really only one percent of the time?
