Black Eyed Peas Be Rockin’ Them Beats At Central Park

The Black Eyed Peas are true to their word. When a lightning storm canceled their June gig in Central Park, the BEP came back as promised to perform a free live show for 60,000 fans in the Great Lawn. The weather in New York City last Friday evening was clear of lightning — though the group wasn’t lucky enough to finish their set before it started to rain. “Aint nothing wrong with a little bit of rain,” quipped will.i.am, proving that the Peas are anything but RIP. If you weren’t lucky enough to catch this free show, it may be awhile before you can see the group live in action, as they previously announced they are taking some time off before starting their next album.
