UK girl group/Justin Bieber enthusiasts The Saturdays have unveiled the cover for their third LP On Your Radar just as news is floating around that the quintet are about to sign a stateside reality TV and album deal. The fivesome, who’ve racked up hits overseas with “Up,” “Issues,” “Forever Is Over” and, most recently, “All Fired Up,” are said by the Daily Star to be flying to the US soon to ink a deal with E! for a series that will follow them as they set about becoming the biggest female pop act from the UK since Spice Girls on these shores. The timing is odd, since Saturdays member Una Healy, who turns 30 next week, announced last month that she and her rugby player boyfriend Ben Foden are expecting their first child. The Daily Star notes that Healy, therefore, will not be moving to the States to take part in the first season of the group’s reality show.

Last year the band got their first taste of having cameras follow their every move for the four-part UK series The Saturdays: 24/7, which aired on ITV2.

Here’s “My Heart Takes Over,” the Saturdays’ next UK single (out November 13):

Not bad. And there is currently a gap here in the girl group market now that Pussycat Dolls are no more.

Do you think the girls have got what it takes to make it as a globally-successful pop act?
