Rick Ross was on a flight from Ft. Lauderdale to Memphis when he fell unconscious after takeoff, forcing the plane to make an emergency landing. EMT workers administered CPR to the “Made Men” rapper, who reportedly suffered a seizure while on board. UPDATE: Ross has suffered a second seizure this afternoon while on board another flight. Details below.

Ross, who was transported to a nearby hospital this morning, was well enough to resume tweeting. His condition was described as “good”. DJ Sam Sneaker tweeted out, “I’m wit @rickyrozay now he good.” His friend and Maybach Music signee Wale added, “I just talked to Ross…he’s 100 pct ok…#dontpanic.”

Unfortunately, while on board a private plane headed to Memphis to get to his concert on time, TMZ reports that Ross suffered a second seizure mid-flight. That plane had to make an emergency landing, and he was taken to a Birmingham hospital emergency room. He is in stable condition.

Ross’ God Forgives, I Don’t drops December 13.
