After several interruptions by big fall releases from artists like Tony Bennett, J. Cole and Scotty McCreery, Adele’s sales juggernaut 21 moves back to #1 on Billboard‘s Top 200 album chart, giving the LP a 13th non-consecutive week at the peak position. Billboard notes that 21 has now spent the most weeks at #1 since the Titanic soundtrack racked up 16 weeks in 1998. It goes without saying that Adele’s unsinkable sophomore album is the year’s best-seller. Over the past week, 21 sold 106,000 copies, bumping its total up to 4.1 million. So far, Adele is immediately followed by Lady Gaga, whose Born This Way has sold a total of 1.9 million copies to date in 2011.

Meanwhile, fans of Adele who got burned by her scrapped live dates will at least be able to experience her show via a just-announced live CD and DVD. MTV News reports that Live At The Royal Albert Hall is due out November 29.

21 holds Christian rock act Casting Crowns’ fifth studio album Come To The Well at bay at #2 (99,000). Last week’s top album, Evanescence’s self-titled third set, drops to #4, while the Top 10’s only other new entry, Joe’s The Good, The Bad, The Sexy (33,000), goes in at #8.
