Nicki Minaj and Taylor Swift stepped out in New York City today to attend the 6th Annual Billboard Women In Music event where the “Super Bass” singer and her most famous fan were the belles of the ball. Swift received the music mag’s prestigious Woman Of The Year award (becoming the youngest recipient ever) and the Harajuku Barbie was honored with the title of Rising Star. (You may recall, last year the publication celebrated Fergie and Jazmine Sullivan, respectively.)
