Katy Perry Impersonates Her Husband In ‘Saturday Night Live’ Promos
Katy Perry is flexing her comedic chops this weekend as the host on Saturday Night Live, and we’re really excited to see how the newly-blonde pop star does hosting the show. (In all honesty, though, we’re maybe a teensy bit more psyched to see Robyn shine as the musical guest.) In her promos, Katy explains to Keenan Thompson that her name is spelled with a “Y”, shows off her dramatic acting, and impersonates her husband Russell Brand (who recently hosted SNL) by adopting a British accent. Anyone care to pontificate on the sketches Katy will appear in this weekend? Will her cleavage make a return appearance? Seriously, though, if she doesn’t do an impression of her own doppelganger Zooey Deschanel in a New Girl sketch, it will be an opportunity missed.
