Listen To Train’s New Single “Drive By”

Back in 2010, you couldn’t leave your house without hearing Train’s “Hey Soul Sister” blaring from anything plugged in. The San Fran band is back with a new album, rumored to be released this April, and a new single, the deliciously catchy “Drive By”. Will this song end up becoming as big as “Hey Soul Sister” and inspire wrath in annoyed citizens who demand it not be played in anymore TV commercials? Maybe! Listen to the upbeat tune below, and look for it on iTunes tomorrow.

Sounds like it was inspired by “Moves Like Jagger” a bit.

This is terrible. This band used to be a good rock band. Now it seems as though every album is just a reflection of what else is popular at that particular moment. Who’s greed is responsible for this drivel, the label? I can’t believe any band would be so willing to sacrifice their own originality for the almighty dollar.

Get real, music is about making money by creating what people are going to want to hear. This song has train written all over it – catchy, fun and totally cheesy. Still have their own style I believe. Love it!
