Jay-Z Reopens 40/40 Club, But Beyonce’s A No-Show (PHOTOS)
After closing last summer for renovations, Jay-Z’s 40/40 Club in Manhattan officially reopened last night in true Hov style — a big baller bash. Among those out to share the rapper’s “glory” were rumored new Black Eyed Pea Ashanti, Spike Lee and billionaire Warren Buffett (whom you may recall shared the Forbes magazine cover with Jay back in 2010). It turns out, reports that Beyonce would attend the event, set to be her first public appearance since giving birth, were as false as rumors that Jigga had dropped “bitch” from his vocabulary.
