If you’re only happy when it rains, we still think you’ll manage to smile upon hearing this news. Garbage have announced that they will drop their fifth studio album (and their follow-up to 2005’s Bleed Like Me) on May 15 in the US. Titled Not Your Kind Of People, the LP will be released on the band’s label STUNVOLUME. Head below for a taste of what to expect in a new behind-the-scenes video!

The above video features the melody from a new Garbage tune as we see the band pose in a semi-goth photo shoot, photographed by Autumn De Wilde. Frontwoman and glorious redhead Shirley Manson (who, unfortunately, says nada in the clip) wears two buns on top of her head, adorned with flowers and skulls.

“The new album is a bit like our earlier stuff,” her band members say of their first new release in seven years. “There’s the same kind of adventurism we took with the first stuff.”

The band will be touring through Europe and Russia in May and June.  “I’ve missed doing the one thing that I know I’m really good at,” Manson told V magazine earlier this month. “There’s something remarkable about that feeling, when you know you’re good at something and you’re able to go out and do it.”
