Get ready for the collaboration that will indeed “shock the world”. After weeks of rumors surrounding Chris Brown’s alleged involvement on Rihanna’s “Birthday Cake” remix, we can confirm that Breezy is indeed on the track — because we just heard it. (And just in time for Rihanna’s 24th birthday, too.) Both RiRi and Brown tweeted out links to their new song, and though they were almost immediately taken down, we’ve got the audio below.

Though Brown appears on this leaked version of the song, it’s possible that the track (which now clocks in at 3:40, nearly triple the length of the cut on Talk That Talk) may never see single status, as Roc Nation is reportedly getting cold feet about releasing the song due to all the controversy.

Rihanna feat. Chris Brown – “Birthday Cake” (Remix)

Chris spends most of his verse repeating most of Rihanna’s lyrics, though he opens with: “Girl, I wanna fuck you right now / Been a long time, I been missing your body.” Yes, he’s referring to the same body that he violently assaulted three years ago.

Chris and Rihanna also collaborated on a remix to Brown’s single “Turn Up The Music” (listen to it here). No word on whether that version will be released as an official single or download, either.

We’ll save our own thoughts on the song for later — but first, you tell us what you think of Chris Brown and Rihanna’s collaboration on Facebook, Twitter, or in the comments below.

This song is disgusting. And people wonder why America is going down so fast. Morals, values and respect going straight to Hell. GOD is so sad. I Hate Rihanna getting so Ghetto. She is better than that. And to allow Chris “the abuser” Brown back into her life is sick. Whats next? He’ll kill her? TERRIBLE SONG!

  2. Garrett

This is awful!!!! I hate this!!! I am a massive Rihanna fan! I have all 6 of her albums and have seen her in concert 3 times including twice on the Loud Tour, and now I’m done. I am so upset!!!! He is awful, this is terrible!!!!

  3. T Dot

the song is great. we need a video

  4. Jack

    love it. haters suck it

  5. Mia

yes sir! just because someone likes this song doesn’t mean they support chris or rihanna’s actions. so with that being said, i’m not gonna front like i don’t like this. dope song!!!

  6. dana

The song was hot as it was on her album. An extension was what i wanted, but Chris Brown is LAME anyway. Even when she dated him i thought it was lame. He could have been left out. Otherwise i like the extension. To me Chris Brown isn’t much of a singer. Every song sounds the same. Dude has no range. I don’t think he would make it to the top 12 on American Idol. With that being said do you RiRi.

  7. Big Rihanna fan losing respect for that c*nt right now… I sort of liked the song before he was on the track.

If you’re not going to have respect for yourself why should I?
I’m moving on to a new muse.

  8. 100% Amazing

    HAAAAAAAAAAAAAATTTTTTTTTTTTEEEEEEEEEEEEEERRRRRRRRRRRSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS NEVER DISAPPOINT

  9. seren

love love love! i will be buying once it goes on iTunes

  10. Cliff

Ok, I’m not a fan of Chris Brown at all, but the song is actually pretty catchy. What happened between Rihanna and Chris Brown is only between them, and if they have moved past it then the public should too.

  11. danny

Ya’ll act like her album is some goody two shoes stuff. It’s freaking Rihanna! It’s dirty. She’s been sexy for a long time. You know she loves sex. BTW…if anyone saw Chris Brown’s penis pictures, you’d know she’s completely addicted. Plus Chris sings tons of songs about booty, sex, drinking etc. They’re not some southern family raised on morals and kindness. They crazy, sexy and stupid pop tarts. eave it at that, and you’ll get it.

Time to move on. They clearly don’t care what we think. As far as the music goes, I like it like it.

  12. megan

uh, I want them to be back together,
    but they shouldn’t,
    american + chris brown + rihanna = ___ You decide here ___

  13. Mo

I’m torn. Its like some cold ice being dropped down the back of your shirt on a 98 degree day in the middle of summer…It shocks you but you like. lol.

  14. dirty girls know no better

  15. Amina

    I definitely agree!!!

  16. I LOVE THIS SONG AND I LOVE CHRIS AND RIHANNA EVEN MORE..THAT WOULD B DECENT IF THEY GET BACK 2GETHER#SCREW DA HATERS

  17. gigglezzz

I find it so hilarious how some people get their panties in a bunch about something that doesn’t even concern them. It’s not like Chris beat you lol. As for the song, I really like it and hope it gets released like planned.

  18. Interesting…

I’m not sure if it’s good or bad that Rihanna and Chris are on good terms.

  19. Saulo

This sucks. Rihanna, you just destroyed your career. I hope he beats you again, because really, you’re asking for it.

    • No one asks to be beat up. Her career is going to be fine. Stop being so negative. Rihanna has moved on. So should you. God forgives, and so should you. Chris made a young man mistake. Stop living in the past. Their not.

  20. Jenna

i was a hugggeee rihanna fan& this has made me loose soooo much respect for herr for not only doing one song with him but 2. & i loved this song but he ruins itt. id rather listen to the shorter one with just her than the extended one with him.

yur bettter than him riri! have some respect for yurself!

    • Chastity

For one , just do us all a favor and go somewhere with your childishness. For two, let them LIVE . DO YOU N THEY’LL DO THEM.

  21. ash

Let them live!!!!!! The media pisses me off… I would never let the love of my life go for the media. the heart heals. God forgives…. No man has the right to keep condemning the man. It wasn’t right but he was and still is young. They love each other obviously!.myob

  22. E

I thought I’ve seen it all. This girl has no pride whatsoever. To have the kid who beat you up talk about how he is gonna lick your cuchi. Face it that’s what this song is about. I feel bad for the young women who have this girl to look up to. If this is what it takes to be ” edgy”, it’s just disgusting. Blame LA Reid and Hov for bringing us this trash from Barbados.

  23. Aisha

Rationalizations of Chris Brown’s behavior over the years have been:
    - He is young
    - What happened between Chris Brown and Rihanna is between them
    - He is a dope artist

This is all nonsense. Yes on the personal level, what happened between the two of them is very intimate, however, people’s reactions to it, particularly from young women excusing and rationalizing his behavior and even going as far to place blame on Rihanna is disgusting. No woman deserves to be beaten and no woman who is the victim of abuse deserves to made like she asked to be hit. I am generally disappointed with people’s attitudes in this country about domestic violence.

I think it’s really inappropriate for this song to even exist and I don’t give a damn how dope or catchy it is. Rihanna may feel like it will do her better in the long run to be civil to Chris and even collaborate on tracks with him. That does not change the fact that he physically beat her, violated the trust of their relationship, and caused her pain. Abuse should not be taken lightly.

  24. bday

Eh. It was better without him. If she would’ve just picked up where she left off on the album, the song would’ve been a hit. *shrugs*
As for the whole domestic violence thing… nahh, RihRih…that’s not cute. She knew people would give her the side-eye of death when she put him on this song. Neither of them care what we think. They just want money. Either way…it’s kinda sketchy that she put him on a song after he nearly beat the Bajan right out of her.

  25. Jessica

I’ve never really been a rihanna fan but I like cb so I guess its cool. BREEZY NATION!!!!!

  26. dar

i like the song its for grown folks not little kids folks. i lke them both there music and there personal syle. first of all Chris Brown served his time for wht he done wrong wht ever tht was!!! i am not sayin it was ok for hitting a woman bt dam ppl yall act like he hit yall. If she chose to have a relationship with this man its not none of u guys business. IF SHE LIKE HIM I LOVE HIM WHT THE HELL!!! u dont got to buy there music there still going to get paid!!!!

TO THE HATERS CAUSE THATS WHT YALL R GET A LIFE CAUSE I AM PRETTY SURE UR MOTHER FATHER UNCLE BROTHER GRANDFATHER GRANDMOTHER OR CHILDREN S FATHER HAVE HIT SOMEONE AND U FOR GAVE THEM!!! LETS KEEP IT REAL FOLKS HUMANS AND CHILDREN OF GOD!!

  27. Jessica

Agreed but Rihanna doesn’t have range either. When it comes to live performances the girl has no vocal control.

  28. Aisha

This is overly simplistic. It’s not a matter of being hater. It’s trying to call attention the fact that we as a society don’t take domestic abuse seriously. And Chris Brown got five years probation. He didn’t actually serve any real time.

People can express their discomfort with the song and you can express your appreciation of it. Why the all caps?

  29. Mike

Chris Brown sucks as a musician and a human being…whoa, a double threat! Sweep this loser under the rug already…

  30. 2012

oh yeah, “America” as you say is really going down because of Rihanna and Chris Brown. So “America’s” decline has nothing to do with the greed and corruption that runs rampant in Washington or the countless countries this nation has invaded? I’m tired of people saying things like, “The United States is BETTER than that.” No, we’re not.

  31. stop the madness

I am so glad that Chris and Rihanna is ignoring the hell out of people that involve themselves toooooo much into their business! What Chris did, I don’t condone at all, however, every now and again, we…yes you and I, make mistakes. They might not be as big of a mistake as Chris made, but mistakes never the less. Furthermore, REGARDLESS of how you or I feel, this is THEIR business…mind your own business geez. Everybody is quick to be judge and jury these days. If she feels like he deserves a second chance to prove that he is a better person, thats HER business. If he fails, then again, that’s on HER. She and He are NOT in the industry to satisfy us with their personal lives…they are in the industry to give us music. If I’m not mistaken, that is what they’ve been doing.

  32. No one should forgive such a person. Not yet “collaborate” with him.

  33. Lola

woow, i dont get u people..what happened is between them..Charlie Sheen slaps women around like they are punching bags and everyone thinks he’s dope. CB made a mistake (in public), apologized, his career was almost ruined and obviously she forgave him. Because Rihanna is famous doesn’t mean that the fans own her or that they can decide what/ whenever and whom she is doing (or dating). That is her personal life (read PERSONAL).

  34. listen people, dnt judge rihanna’s or chris’s feelings towords each other but look to wat both got to do change the world, i know both their music is dancehall but get a few lyrics of there hit songs, listen to them and make judgement. if they have special feelings for each other and they r happy with each other why the world make judgemnt towords their feelings. lastly every one makes mistakes , you and me have ever made even worse then wat chris did, but the world made it headlines, if rihanna could forgive chris why cant you accept their decision and support them. my message to rihanna , gal follow ur heart dnt listen to wat people say and to chris – man dnt give up the fight for ur heart and dnt listen to wat people say just listen to wat rihanna wants and please do it. propose to her and please marry her and have kids. she is agreat gal dnt let loosers dis-guide u. big up to all funs , 1 love and peace

  35. gigglezzz

Let me ask you something, would you like people you don’t even know criticizing what you do in your life? I imagine the answer will be no.

  36. Justin M.

Ugh. That’s all I can say. Ugh.

While I totally understand that Rihanna’s personal life is HER personal life….that doesn’t mean it’s appropriate for her to flaunt her rekindled relationship with Chris Brown to the world like this. It’s COMPLETELY disrespectful to her fans (who supported her all throughout the domestic abuse drama) and it sends the message to the world that abuse is nothing more than a laughing matter. Capitalizing on previous domestic abuse charges. Wow. Didn’t know Rihanna would sink that low in the slime in an effort to make more headlines and money.

    You’ve just lost a fan.

  37. Dylan L

I really hate the fact that Rihanna teamed up with Chris for the Birthday Cake Remix, but the song is amazing!

  38. who re we people to judge chris and RiRi u guyz re a perfect match its been a long tym since i saw u together its abt tym guyz…

  39. Josh

looking in the dictionary….. trying to see when the definition of “duet” was changed to “being in a relationship, having sex, etc”

  40. vaborn

Thank you! I was trying to figure this out myself. It’s a song, they don’t even have to be in the same room with each other to record it. They recorded a song people. Stop acting like they eloped or something. Besides the last time I heard Chris was living with his girlfriend and it wasn’t Rhianna.

  41. Tamika

ITS A FREE COUNTRY. IF PEOPLE LEARN TO WORRY ABOUT WHATS GOING IN THIER LIVES. THEY WOULD’NT BE WORRY ABOUT WHATS GOING ON IN SOMEONE ELSES LIFE. IFTHEY WANT TO COLABERATE AND MAKE MUSIC TOGETHER. LET THEM. WHO WE TO JUDGETHEM. ONLY GOD CAN JUDGE THEM. YOU MUST NOT HAVE NOTHING GOIN ON IN YOUR LIFE IF YOU SO JUGMENTAL TOWARDS SOMEONE ELSE LIFE. PEOPLE WE NEED TO WAKE UP AND LOOK AT OUR SELVES BEFORE WE VOICE OUR OPINION ABOUT SOME ONE. I LIKE THE DAM SONG. LET THEM BE………………….TAMIKA

  42. Connie

You could not have said this any better!!!!! He without SIN SHOULD cast the first stone…… so for people who have NEVER made a mistake………….

  43. Connie

Its not so much as people taking the incident lightly, it happened 3 years ago and Rihanna forgave him already. How long is a person supposed to pay for a mistake? If you made a mistake, how long are we supposed to stone you for it after God has forgiven you?

  44. jasmine

i like your video rihanna and chris brown

  45. jasmine

    what

  46. jasmine

    hey
    where are u live

  47. Mia

This song needs to be on itunes! just because we love the song doesn’t mean we love them as people , but its a hot track! If it were Brit and Justin T…. or JustinB and Selena people would love it, but since they have negativity around them people dont like it?

  48. bigs

Top Song, so what if brezzy beat riri up that happens all the time never hear that on the news. World needs to get over it straight up! Not good what he did but were humans it’s nature getting beat down, like it or not maybe riri was pecking his head so he put her ass down, end off. Get over it people. The two that were involved have moved on so should we.
