We’re two weeks away from the March 27 release of Katy Perry’s Teenage Dream: The Complete Confection, so you know what that means — time for her new songs from the re-release to start popping up online. Today brings a short clip of “Dressin’ Up”, which sadly isn’t a mashup cover of Madonna’s “Dress You Up” and “Burning Up” (but let that give you some ideas, pop stars of the world). Head below to listen. “Dressin’ Up” appears to be the same tempo as Katy’s alien jam “E.T.”, at least during the verses. Once the chorus kicks in, the drum machine takes things up a notch and Perry sings, “Are you ready for your blood to rise, tonight, tonight, dressin’ up to you.”

This clip isn’t the best sound quality, and it’s only a minute long. So we’ll reserve full judgment of the tune until we hear the full thing.

But don’t let that stop you! What are your thoughts on what you’ve heard of “Dressin’ Up” so far?
