Justin Bieber Announces Taylor Swift Collaboration For New Album ‘Believe’
For upcoming album Believe, Justin Bieber wrote lead single “Boyfriend” with Mike Posner, recorded two duets with mentor Usher, collaborated with both Drake and Kanye West and worked with producer Timbaland. One unexpected pair-up: Bieb and Taylor Swift. (Though, really, Justin’s girlfriend Selena Gomez and Swift are BFFs, so perhaps it’s not so unexpected?) During a phone interview with Capital FM in the UK, Bieber stated, “It’s crazy. I mean I even wrote a song with Taylor Swift, so the whole album ranges differently… With my music it doesn’t only stay in a box. Everything is so different and that’s why I’m so happy with this album.” Ready to hear the teen crooner get a little country, Beliebers? As a preview, check out their live duet on “Baby” in L.A. last summer.
