Looks like that old Christina Aguilera vs. Britney Spears rivalry may be heating up once again, as the former’s series The Voice is being moved to the fall, where it will compete in weekly ratings with The X Factor (which Spears is all-but-officially-confirmed to be a judge on when it returns for Season 2). The Christina-featuring series is said to be airing on Mondays from 8 – 10 p.m. this fall, and Tuesdays from 8 – 9 p.m. Meanwhile, The X Factor is due back on the air on September 2. According to Billboard, The Voice will provide a lead-in for J.J. Abrams’ new series Revolution.

At any rate, just in case you haven’t grasped this yet, this means two seasons for The Voice in one year. Purrfect is going to get dizzy from so much chair-swiveling.
