Ingrid Michaelson Transforms Into Lady Gaga, Madonna, Amy Winehouse, David Bowie & More
Ingrid Michaelson is one with her fellow music artists, both past and present, in her new video for “Blood Brothers”, off her album Human Again. In the time-lapse video, we see the singer-songwriter — with the magic of a team of make-up artists — turn into Madonna (circa her Marilyn Monroe era), David Bowie as Ziggy Stardust, Lady Gaga during her hairbow phase, KISS‘s Gene Simmons, Beyonce, John Lennon and, most impressively, Amy Winehouse.
“We’re all the same under a different name,” sings the 32-year-old songstress on the midtempo tune. Let this be a call for beef-loving artists to simmer down and their feud-seeking fans to stop pitting singers (especially the ladies) against one another. They’re all one!
