Marina And The Diamonds’ “Power & Control” Video: Watch
Marina And The Diamonds unleashes her inner vixen in the video for “Power & Control”, the second single off her musical saga Electra Heart, which happens to be Marina’s first album to hit #1 on the UK album charts. In the clip, the Welsh artist, still rockin’ that puffy blonde Madonna-inspired ‘do, engages in mind games with a male suitor as the two parlay around a mostly-empty mansion, which we’ll assume is the same one from her “Primadonna” video.
Though Ms. Diamandis may seem mostly in power in her video, real life isn’t as easy to control: the singer fell victim to a vocal cord injury this month and had to postpone several of her UK tour dates. Hopefully she’ll be back to signing and drinking endless amounts of vodka in no time.
