:: Whitney Houston‘s mother, Cissy Houston, has struck a deal with HarperCollins for to write a memoir about her daughter’s life. “In sharing our story in this book, I hope to give her fans something to treasure, the way we all treasured Whitney,” she said in a statement. The book is expected to be released next February, one year after Houston’s death at the age of 48. [E! Online]
