Justin Bieber‘s Believe hasn’t even been out a full twenty-four hours and already, it’s predicted to be the year’s biggest debut so far. In honor of his third studio album’s release, the Canadian pop star made an appearance at J&R Music World in New York City on Tuesday (June 19) to promote the new release.

The 18-year-old singer arrived sporting a styled quiff and a denim vest, as well as a giant handwritten “Beliebers” on his right forearm. And in the midst of meeting fans and signing autographs, the “As Long As You Love Me” singer received a proclamation from the City of New York officially declaring the day Justin Bieber (and J&R) Appreciation Day.
