Chris Brown Get Down

Chris Brown‘s fifth album Fortune is still a few days away (June 29) from being released, but the crooner/rapper is chucking a series of Rarities & B-sides onto iTunes in the meantime. The latest such offering is slinky, mid-tempo hip hop-tinged number “Get Down”, which also features a rap by B.o.B, as well as a few lines from digital-voiced MC T-Pain. Alas, with its somewhat generic (not to mention, dated) synths, booming bass and Brown’s lyrics like “won’t you back it up on me,” its not hard to see why the whole affair has been relegated to a non-album track. Give it a spin below, curious Breezy fans.
