Rihanna Sues Her Former Accountants For Millions

Rihanna has more money than most 24-year-olds could even imagine, but as it turns out, her bank account could’ve been even fuller if not for the questionable bookkeeping of her former accountants. The singer is suing her former accounting firm Berdon LLP for a multitude of reasons, including taking unwarranted commissions, mismanaging her finances, bad budgeting of her 2010 Last Girl On Earth tour and causing an ongoing audit of her expenses.

In a lawsuit filed Thursday, the pop star — using her real name Robyn Fenty — claims that her accountants were responsible for tens of millions of dollars in lost revenue over a five year period, and that they continuously gave her terrible financial advice. RiRi is seeking unspecified damages from the firm that she had been a client of from the start of her career at age 16. [Via Wall Street Journal]
