Miley Cyrus Shows Off Her Presidential New Tattoo

What’s that on Miley Cyrus‘ left forearm? A grocery list? Lyrics to a new song she’s working on? Nope, it’s yet another tattoo. The newly engaged pop star who has racked up over a reported nine permanent markings over the years has just added this quote to her collection, “So that his place shall never be with those cold and timid souls who knew neither victory nor defeat.” The line is taken from a 100-year-old quote from President Theodore Roosevelt. (We had no idea the “Party In The U.S.A.” singer was such a history buff.) Essentially the new tatt means it’s a whole lot easier to be a critic than to be a person willing to try and fail  — or in Miley speak: “Haters gonna hate, y’all.”
