“Take Care” pair Rihanna and Drake woke up to find that they’ve landed the most MTV Video Music Awards nominations this year, including Video Of The Year. In fact, RiRi has two vids in that category — “Take Care” and “We Found Love”. Both Rihanna and Drizzy stand to win five moon men themselves, though the Barbadian diva’s videos scored another four technical nods (such as Best Visual Effects  and Best Choreography for “Where Have You Been” and Best Direction and Best Cinematography for her Coldplay collab “Princess Of China”).

Rival UK boy bands One Direction and The Wanted will once again slug it out, this time to see who nabs Best New Artist (their other competition: fun., Carly Rae Jepsen and Frank Ocean).
