Pink Is Bold As The New Face Of COVERGIRL
Pink put her fashionable foot forward when she made her debut as the newest COVERGIRL last night (August 6) at Shutters on the Beach in Santa Monica, California. Wearing a black skintight, midriff-baring dress, the “Blow Me (One Last Kiss)” siren fully embodied the sense of “beauty with an edge” that the makeup brand saw in the hit-maker when hiring her as its newest spokesmodel. The edgy and fierce pop star arrived on the black carpet sporting rock-appropriate metal accessories, spending her first night on the job in fine form.
Pink joins a roster of COVERGIRLS that includes Taylor Swift, Sofia Vergara, and Ellen Degeneres, with the latter sending the singer a congratulatory tweet that read: “Welcome to the fold, @Pink! Being a Covergirl isn’t just easy. It’s also breezy, and beautiful.”
Pink will be the face of a “bold new mascara innovation” later this fall — rolling in tandem with the release of her new studio album, The Truth About Love (out September 18).
