Taylor Swift‘s new single “We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together” (off her upcoming studio album, Red, out October 22) has been out less than 24 hours and it’s already breaking records — the ex-bashing, Avril Lavigne-esque song now claims the fastest rise to the top spot on the iTunes chart, reaching #1 in under 50 minutes (and besting the previous record-breaker, Lady Gaga with “Born This Way” in 2011).
Not that Swift needs help making her new single (more of) a hit, but the song’s lyric video premiered today as well, and it’s another creatively assembled piece of quirky stop-motion, just like her previous “Eyes Open” lyric vid.
