Nas Says Goodbye To Kelis In “Bye Baby” Video: Watch A Preview
Going through a divorce is difficult enough to do privately, but Nas is brave enough to share his heartache in his new video for “Bye Baby”, the new single off his chart-topping album Life Is Good. In the preview for the clip, the rapper reflects on his failed relationship with Kelis, whom he married in 2005 and divorced in 2009. As he hesitates to sign the divorce papers, Nas takes a fond look back at their wedding video, and sadly soaks in the sight of her green wedding dress (as seen on the album cover), reportedly the only thing she left in the house they shared together when she left for good. Sad, but compelling.
