When one thinks of Irish trio The Script, known for such lite radio staples as “Breakeven” and “For The First Time”, the last thing one envisions is a pair-up with Black Eyed Peas member/production wiz will.i.am. But that’s just what happened with “Hall Of Fame”, the band’s lead single off imaginatively-titled third album #3 (out September 11).
The collaboration actually makes more sense when you realize that Will and Script frontman Danny O’Donoghue are both coaches on the UK version of The Voice. (After all, before the US version launched last year, would you have ever imagined a joint Maroon 5/Christina Aguilera single?)
