More Lana Del Rey Tracks Surface: Hear “Playing Dangerous” & “Afraid”

With the deluxe edition of her early 2012 album Born To Die on the horizon for fall, two more unreleased Lana Del Rey tracks have bubbled up to the surface. Over a percussive almost Bond-theme groove, Lana seduces a policeman after being pulled over for maybe burning down a house in “Playing Dangerous”. And on “Afraid”, LDR apes whole chunks of the melody from “Video Games”, and the doomed relationship subject matter at the heart of “Blue Jeans”, then adds a weird disco bloop. Hear both below the jump.

It’s unclear whether either — or any — of the recent material will appear on the re-release. Anyway, Lana Del Rey’s Born To Die “Paradise” edition is reportedly due out in November.
