:: A man who allegedly snuck onto Miley Cyrus‘ property on September 8 while brandishing scissors pleaded “not guilty” to trespassing and resisting arrest. Jason Luis Rivera is still in custody and must stay 500 yards from Miley and the block she lives on. [TMZ]

:: Nas announced on Twitter that he’ll be playing New York’s Radio City Music Hall on New Year’s Eve. Tickets go on sale Friday (Sep. 14). [Rap Radar]

:: AEG — the concert promoter for Michael Jackson‘s This Is It tour — has dropped its claim to collect on the $17.5 million insurance policy it had out on the singer. The decision is part of a deal to drop AEG from a lawsuit brought on by Jackson’s insurance company. [TMZ]

:: Pussy Riot on September 21 is releasing an e-book called Pussy Riot! A Punk Prayer for Freedom. The work is being published by the Feminist Press and will include contributions by artists who have supported the Russian punk collective. [LA Times]
