Billboard has released its annual list of the most powerful underage stars in music — 21 acts that have songs playing in clubs across the country, even though the people responsible can’t even legally enter those establishments to toast to their success. This year’s “21 Under 21” list is topped by Justin Bieber (who just turned 18 this year), with One Direction at the number two spot. Click through for Billboard‘s full roster. Any long-struggling musicians should proceed with caution.

You might find a few unfamiliar names on the list, but once you hit the top 10 it’s all known quantities. Classical vocalist Jackie Evancho is the youngest at age 12, and there are plenty of 19-year-olds that we can expect to see on the list one last time next year.
