It’s no secret that Ke$ha has been in the studio with several of rock’s finest, but whether those tracks would make the cut for her new album remained unclear until now. NME reports that the pop diva’s upcoming LP Warrior will indeed include collaborations with a host of major rockers: The Flaming Lips‘ Wayne Coyne (with whom she premiered a track in April), legendary rock god Iggy Pop, Ben Folds, fun. frontman Nate Ruess (who co-wrote lead single “Die Young”) and The Black Keys drummer Patrick Carney, all of whom lend an impressive pedigree to the all-star album.
In addition to these gents, Warrior also features a legion of pop hitmakers: The project is executive-produced by Dr. Luke, who utilized his army of frequently used writer/producers including Max Martin, Bonnie McKee, Ammo and Billboard, plus Greg Kurstin and will.i.am. We’re exhausted just thinking about all that pop goodness.
Warrior hits retailers on December 4.
