Everyone’s favorite Southern pixie Miley Cyrus stopped by The Tonight Show on Friday (October 12) to talk to Jay Leno about her forthcoming album, Twitter death hoaxes and hurling during concerts, since that last one seems to be the new hotness with pop stars. Of the new album, Cyrus raved about working with Dr. Luke and Pharrell (and going to Pharrell’s “ridiculous” Miami studio) to make pop music she can “be proud of and respected for.”

The 19-year-old singer also discussed her new role on Two And A Half Men and how one of her “Backyard Sessions” songs served as the surprise backdrop for her engagement to Liam Hemsworth. Watch part one of the interview up top, and click through for the second half (in which she hints at a 2013 world tour).
