The-Dream Shoots To Kill On “AK47”: Listen
As previously reported, producer-singer-A&R president The-Dream is reissuing his fan-favorite 2011 mixtape 1977 as a commercial album. And like fellow brooding R&B singer The Weeknd, who did something similar with his trio of 2011 mixtapes, The-Dream is adding some new material for the release. The first to emerge is the seething “AK47,” which finds Terius Nash quite bitter over an ex. Myriad F-bombs and references to gunplay ensue. 1977 is out December 18, and you can hear “AK47” after the jump.
