Green Day’s Trilogy Will Never Die: ‘Quatro!’ Documentary On The Way
Green Day‘s trilogy of albums isn’t quite finished, with the third installment Tre! dropping December 11. To (prematurely) celebrate the trio of releases, the band is premiering highlights from their documentary Quatro! on November 28 on VH1, followed by a November 30 airing on MTV2. The film features behind-the-scenes footage from the making of the albums and will also show concert footage from “various spontaneous live performances in select cities across the U.S.” The full version of the doc will be released in 2013.
Maybe it’s just us, but based on the actual music, we think Green Day may have bitten off more than they could chew with this trilogy.
