Rap and hip-hop heavy hitters Lil Wayne, Rick Ross, Kendrick Lamar, Big Sean, 2 Chainz, the Weeknd, Meek Mill, along with Def-Jam newbie Trinidad James, got in the Christmas spirit last night for Power 106’s annual Cali Christmas Concert at the Gibson Amphitheater in Universal City, CA. During the show, Ross used his brand of Miami-kingpin style to send his prayers to the victims of Friday’s shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Connecticut.

“I wanna send all my prayers out to their mothefucking lives in Connecticut. Amen. Amen. We will all rap for them. Put your hands in the sky,” said Ross onstage before performing “Stay Schemin’.”

Along with Ross’ explicit shoutout, some highlights at the concert included Ross and Meek Mill’s “Imma Boss” performance, Kendrick and Lil Wayne’s onstage collaboration, and 2 Chainz’s full 30-minute set during Power 106’s sold-out show.
