Looks like Trey Songz “made it rain” on the wrong woman. Hip-hop star Trey Songz, 28, was arrested for assault after allegedly tossing a bundle of cash at 36-year-old Donna McIntosh-Inoe after she snapped a cell phone picture of him at a strip club in Queens, New York at about 4 a.m. on Aug. 22.

“He chucked a wad of cash at me,” McIntosh-Inoe told the the Daily News. “A wad of cash.”

McIntosh-Inoe said that she and her husband went to Club Perfection and paid $700 to sit with the “Heart Attack” artist in the VIP section of the club during a record release party for his fifth studio album Chapter V.

The Staten-Island nurse alleges the dispute first began when she upset the musician after snapping a cell phone picture of Songz, who quickly grabbed the phone and tried to delete the photo. McIntosh-Inoe said Songz couldn’t trash the picture, so instead he threw the money of money at her face.

“It was insulting that he just threw something,” she said. “He was verbally disrespectful as well. . . . He embarrassed me in front of everyone in the club.”

A spokeswoman for Queens District Attorney Richard Brown made a statement saying that Songz was arrested on Sept. 20 and charged with misdemeanor assault and harassment charges. In addition, an order of protection was issued when appeared in court on Nov. 1. The “I Gotta Make It” singer is due back in court in February following the order or protection.

Songz, whose real name is Tremaine Neverson, is currently on a world tour with Miguel and Elle Varner, which is set to hit Baltimore tonight.
