Skrillex Parties Without Ellie Goulding In “Summit” Video: Watch
After the breakup of Skrellie, Ellie Goulding has maintained that she and ex Skrillex are still friends and that they’d love to collaborate in the future. Perhaps as proof, Skrillex has unveiled the video for their initial collaboration, “Summit,” the 2011 Bangarang link-up that purportedly started the musicians’ short-lived romance.
The song reveals hints of the more restrained side of Skrillex we heard on the couple’s recent Twilight collab “Bittersweet” and Skril’s new song “Leaving.” The video features Skrillex and a bunch of his buds, but there’s nary a shot of Ellie.
