Man, the 2013 Grammy Awards are still a month away and there’s already plenty of drama, isn’t there? There was everyone complaining about who got nominated and who got snubbed, and people tweeting angry things, and now the first set of performances have been announced, and yikes! They’re going H.A.M. with the talent this year. Not like that’s so different from any year. But still!

The first set of performers includes Rihanna, Taylor SwiftFun.Mumford and Sons, and The Black Keys. Incidentally, all of those artists were nominated for major awards this year! Funny how that works out.

The official @TheGRAMMYs Twitter feed made the announcement this morning:

And within mere minutes, it seems, there was already a tabloid report that Chris Brown wants to perform with Rihanna at the Grammys, with a source alleging, “Chris doesn’t care what the haters say, and wants to give the viewers an over the top performance with Rihanna.” Which is just ugh, sigh.

As Taylor Swift would say: This is exhausting.

Are you excited for the Grammys? Is it still “nobody’s business” if you’re doing it on stage in front of millions of people? Tell us in the comments below, or on Facebook and Twitter.
