Did You Hear?
:: After Justin Timberlake set the internet ablaze on Thursday (January 10) with his video proclaiming he’s ready to make new music, Justin Bieber let the world know that he has already heard the new stuff (just one of the many perks of being The Biebs). Along with the hashtag “greatmusic,” Bieber tweeted that JT has “a good reason to be ready.” [MTV]
:: One of the few downsides to being The Biebs: people will try to get a piece of your fortune. The singer is being sued by his former bodyguard for assault and battery. This is a patently ridiculous sentence on its own terms, and becomes even more ridiculous when you find out that said bodyguard is ex-Israeli military. [TMZ]
::After Kelly Osbourne said Lady Gaga has “the worst fans in the world” because they bully her over her weight, Gaga responded with an open letter preaching love and acceptance, and also for accountability on Osbourne’s part. Gaga wrote that Fashion Police “breeds negativity” since it features Kelly and others “making jokes about artists and celebrities as if we are zoo animals…To see you blossoming into a beautiful slender woman who makes fun of others for a living is astounding. Why not help others?” [Little Monsters]
