Paramore Added To SXSW, Will Play Warner Showcase Along With Tegan And Sara
Paramore will be joining the SXSW festivities in Austin, TX a few weeks ahead of the April 9 release of their self-titled fourth album. The group is scheduled to headline the second night of the Warner Music Group showcase. The “Warner Sound Captured by Nikon” lineup on March 13 also includes Tegan and Sara as well as Kitten, who are joining Paramore on tour later this year.
Other pop acts playing at the label’s spotlight event that week include Macklemore & Ryan Lewis, Icona Pop, Blondfire, Charli XCX and Lianne La Havas.
