Jeff Bhasker just took home a Song of the Year Grammy for fun.‘s “We Are Young,” and the producer with the Midas touch is ready to lend his magic once again to Kanye West. Speaking with MTV, Bhasker said he’s getting ready to fly to Europe for some recording sessions with Yeezy, and also revealed he’s hoping to work with Eminem on his new record.

“I’m working on his next album and going out to do shows with him in London and Paris,” Bhasker said about collaborating with West. “I’m going to spend some time with him seeing if I can contribute something to the album. It’s always great to collaborate with him. He recharges my battery with his superhuman artistic strength.”

Bhasker has worked with some of the biggest names in music, including Taylor Swift, Jay-Z, Beyonce and Lana Del Rey. But one megastar he hasn’t linked up with yet is Eminem. Bhasker is hoping the timing is right this year, as Em preps a follow-up to 2010’s Recovery. “I would love to work with Eminem, he’s one of the most brilliant writers and vocalists that we have,” Bhasker said.

And just to prove that he’s not content to just bask in the glory of a few Grammys, that he’s still the crate-digging, hardworking music obsessive from a few years ago, Bhasker is putting together his solo debut this year. Yep, he’s stepping out from behind the boards, and MTV describes the album as a story of an Iraq War veteran. You read that right. But hey, if anyone can pull off an Iraq War concept album, it’s the guy who was able to make Kanye come off as a lovelorn android on 808s & Heartbreak.
