Chris Brown Yearns For “Home” In New Song, Jet-Setting Video

Chris Brown is moving on from Fortune, kinda. In his new song “Home,” he reminisces about the far more innocent times — before “Run It” and his recent brand of violent, beef-centered, tabloid-baiting and highly controversial fame. “I wish I could go back to when I was young, wish I could go back (go back, go back) to where I came from,” he sings at the chorus. “If I knew then what I knew now, I would change some.” How he would change, Breezy never says. We’re just relieved we’re talking about him because of music, for once.

“Home” is the debut single off Breezy’s sixth album, due later this year. The video splices footage from his world tour: excursions in Paris, Frankfurt and Amsterdam; rehearsals backstage and in his hotel room; bouts of screaming from his fans. Check it out above.
