Cultivator of execrable club-rap will.i.am has seen a host of delays with his more-than-adequately-ballyhooed solo LP #willpower, but finally — at long last! — some concrete details are emerging. A new press release confirms that the album will be available April 23, with the new Justin Bieber-assisted single (which had its radio premiere last week) “#thatpower” available today on digital retailers. Additional collaborators on the album include Britney SpearsHit-Boy, Waka Flocka Flame, Lil Wayne, Diddy, Chris Brown, Miley Cyrus, Skylar GreyJuicy JEva Simons, apl.de.ap, Baby Kaely and 2NE1Because it’s a solo album. Cool.

Mostly, we’re excited about a new Miley Cyrus song, even though we’d prefer if it came by way of a different producer. Ah, well. You win some, you lose some.
