Daft Punk’s “Get Lucky”: Listen To The Actual, Official Song (Well, The Radio Edit, At Least)

“Get Lucky,” the first single from Daft Punk‘s forthcoming album Random Access Memories, sprung random annoying leaks throughout the week, mostly via overzealous fans who practiced their remixing skills with the snippets of the song that were officially released. Or perhaps it was the robots themselves, sitting back and giggling through an electronic crackle as they taunted us all and created a global, frenzied buzz for their return?

Either way, push all that nonsense aside, because an actual radio edit of the PharrellWilliams-and-NileRodgers-featuring “Get Lucky” has been made available to purchase by the French duo’s label Columbia on iTunes and the Amazon MP3 store (run time: 4:07 or 4:08, depending upon which online retailer you go with).

So, yes, you can now hear — and even own — an official version of “Get Lucky.” Give the song a spin below!
