2 Chainz may be Coachella‘s biggest sport. During his Saturday afternoon set, the Atlanta rapper invited Fall Out Boy to perform the Save Rock & Roll remix to “My Songs Know What You Did in the Dark.” He shared mics with frontman Patrick Stump, and he even picked up a guitar and played alongside Joe Trohman. “Not only did I come to save hip-hop, I came to save rock and roll,” 2 Chainz said to kick things off.

Later on, he surprised Major Lazer‘s crowd as he strolled onto the stage and rapped to “Bubble Butt,” off Major Lazer’s new album Free the Universe. The Coachella collaboration may not have been as far-fetched as the studio version featuring Bruno Mars, Tyga and Mystic, but if anything, the sight of 2 Chainz cracking a smile as he raps, “Bubble butt, bubble bubble bubble butt,” was well worth the price of admission. Watch the Major Lazer performance up top, then check out Fall Out Boy’s cameo after the jump.
