Justin Bieber‘s Believe tour already had the makings of some Saturday morning cartoon extravaganza — the pet monkey, the toppled piano, the bizarre outfits — but now it’s downright surreal. While the star was serenading his mom on stage at his Mother’s Day show in Johannesburg, South Africa Sunday (May 12), bandits were making off with all his concert earnings.

In what is being described as an Ocean’s 11-style heist, “involving ropes and chisels to lower themselves into a safe room,” the robbers made off with the night’s cash earnings — about $330,000, according to TMZ. That’s some serious booty. But Bieber doesn’t seem to be very fazed by it, reportedly tweeting to TMZ, “It wasn’t me.”

FNB Stadium, the site of the concert, was put on lockdown Monday during the investigation. No arrests have been made.
